Stonecap Columbia Valley Riesling 2006

Stonecap Riesling has an ample supply of stone fruit flavors and floral notes that blend well with honey and crisp acidity. This wine was fermented in stainless steel and cold stabilized before bottling. Often at a Monson Family gathering you will find this wine paired with Dungeness crab, cedar plank Alaskan salmon and fresh Northwest oysters.Also excellent with spicy Asian food and soft cheese. Best served lightly chilled.
